Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or order number. Products that are damaged by misuse, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, are not eligible.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or as agreed with you. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via mobile banking to the number you provide.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
